1 What's your return policy?
1.1 Can I return if I change my mind?
Yes! We offer a 10 day return policy from the date your item was delivered, for all items, so long as they have not been blessed, or damaged. The return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please email or call us before sending back your item, so we may begin the return process.
1.2 What happens if my items were received damaged?
Please email, or call us immediately and provide a photo of the damaged package. we will work to send you a replacement or refund, which ever you prefer.
2 Church affiliation
2.1 Is everything already blessed?
No, nothing that we sell has been blessed.The proper order is to purchase an item, then take to your Priest or Deacon to have it blessed or exorcised for it to become a sacramental.
For the official Church teaching, see The Catechism of the Catholic Church paragraph 2121 which explains how we cannot buy or sell anything that offers spiritual power (has been blessed). The act of blessing an article, transforms the article to a Sacramental.
2.2 Are you affiliated with a Church or Religious organization?
No. We are private family business. We carefully choose the books, statues, jewelry, etc. to the best of our own knowledge of the Catholic faith, to help other laity to form and foster their own spiritual life based on the proper teachings of the Catholic Church.
3.1 Why is my payment not going through?
