7" long Prayer Rope with 33 Knots with cross and tassel. Navy Blue cord, with one silver spacer. Used in the Traditions of Eastern Christianity, this rope is Hand Made by Christians in Lebanon in the traditional seven cross knot style.
How to use: Simply hold the knots between your thumb and index finger and move down one knot each time you say a short prayer. Typically, that prayer is the Jesus Prayer, But it might also be a verse from a psalm (ex. “O God, make haste to help me”) or another short prayer like “Most Holy Theotokos, pray for us.”
